GWOP Case -Filed in one state, while children in other state

I'm married to my husband 8 yrs ago. we are muslims. He's from Anantapur, Andhra state, and been physically abusive to me. I'm from Telangana state, had filled an 498A at a local police station in Telangana, an year ago for his physical abuse. We have 2 daughters, aged 13 yrs & 3yrs. Kids residing with me and are studying in Telangana, for abt an year now. My husband has filled an RCR & GWOP case in his home state, Andhra.
It's difficult for me & my kids to travel for surmons. Help me.

hello, nothing to worry every hearing you are not supposed to present only at the time of cross or cheif filing in family court or any district court of Ap or telangana,and better along with 498 case you can file for maintenance case too.
