GWOP Case already filed the the District court, pending case number

17-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
HiI have filed a GWOP for the custody of my child and have received a SR number. It is 40 days since SR number was shared by our advocate. We have not received the hearing dates or case number yet. Is such delay expected. What is the expected timeline?

Normally if all the documents are clear it will take just 7 to 10 days... in case any query in documents it may take some time, your advocate have to take steps to number it soon. And your support also need to number the case as soon as possible
