Grounds for proving adultery in indian court

I have whatsapp evidence of intimate involvement of my spouse with someone else outside marriage. If I pressurise him with this and make him verbally admit to having a seual relationship with the other person, will that evidence of adultery be enought to get me a divorce decree?
Hi if you have enough evidence to show that your wife is having some illicit relationship with another person it is a very strong grounds to seek divorce. I request you to also have some evidences through some detective agency

Adultery doesn’t need direct evidence to prove ..circumstantial evidences are enough …you need to file suit for divorce with this ground jointly with cruelty..! If he agrees u can go for mutual divorce too u/s 13b(I) HMA …plz b in touch
