Grounds For Divorce In Case Spouse Goes Out Of Country On PR VISA

My spouse and me have been living seperately due to no relationship and temperamental differences since last 6 months. Marriage tenure is 2 years and we have not child. My spouse is now planning to go to Australia for PR Visa so can i file a divorce and if yes then on what grounds. We both are employed and earning since last 7 years in Delhi.. the parental discussion has already happened but that has not led to any conclusion so far..o one making clear on what needs to be done.

Both of you are dragging a stale relationship with each other. There is a hiatus in between you. There seems to be irretrievable break down of marriage. Take divorce by mutual consent by initiating talks. Don't waste time. life is very precious. we all got one life. start afresh. you are not made for each other. Thanks and Regards

Yes you can file divorce. You can either file one sided divorce if in case your spouse is not ready to dive divorce or can also file for mutual divorce if in case both husband and wife mutually agree to take divorce. Although, for filling one sided divorce, there are certain grounds for the same.
