As per the brief given by you, it seems a case of dowry harassment and torture. In this scenario you should immediately seek help from local police. A complaint needs to be filed before the CAW cell of your local jurisdiction forthwith to prevent you from any further abuse. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

First of all file a written complaint to the nearest police station and CAW Cell regarding the abuses you are facing. If you want to go legally and it’s intolerable for you then you can file a Domestic Violence complaint against your husband and in-laws and demand a monthly alimony and also a separate residence.
