Got married in 2012 but girl left in 4 months how can I file divorce

Sir i need divoirce to a girl i got married in 2012 may and the lefted for ever by august 2012 . Till date we have no communication .
Dear friend as per your question and acording to law you filed a petition for divorce under section 13 A Before family court within jurdiction because 2 yrs desertion period is ground of divorce so now you file a petition

You can file divorce petition u/s 13 of H M Act on cruelty and desertion ground but If your wife appears in the court you have to prove cruelty and desertion by documentary evidence and witnesses and if she does not appears you can take ex-parte decree.

Sir, u r married with girl in yr 2012 and lived together with four month ,after four month she lived u for ever without inform to u ,know u want divorce . more then two yr is completed separated each other so u can file divorce petition u/s 13 HMA in appropriate court on ground of already separated more then 2 yr rest on VI's a vise
