Got married 24 yrs back, 2 children 22&23yrs,Husband hided his whereabouts since 3 yrs, He was open to his extramarital affair and wanted mutual divorce and as denied and asked to file a divorce case to contest, threatened me of conversion to Muslim religion for the reason of second marriage and then hide his whereabouts completely from us.nDon't have any proof of his second marriage, only whispering amongst known people. Don't know his address even.nWhat should be my course of action .

Firstly you should lodge a general diary intimating the police that your husband has left you since three years ago without informing you about his whereabouts. Secondly you should file a contest divorce case against your husband using his residential address only.. later you need to seek permission from the judge for newspaper publication regarding the same matter and then if your husband does not appear before the court then you will get an ex parte order from the court for divorce. you can get his location traced and it is very much possible he will get a shock of his life many dont know how to assist to the depth but if there is a will there is way and detailed planning is required
