Got converted and married to a muslim now how to divorce her

I did love marriage in 2012 with a muslim girl. She wanted me to get converted to get married so i did that and my name was changed. Now we are fighting daily and i want to get divorced. What is the procedure?

You can give talaq to her since you are a muslim now, send a notice for talaq preferably through a qazi, then a meeting of elders or both parties , if talks you can unilaterally give her talaq and return her dower amount.

If that is a Muslim marriage then divorce procedure will be based on mohammadan law.

Hello.
Since u r now converted into muslim. U both can go for talak k Mubarat. It's a mutual consent divorce in Muslim. And u only u want to give divorce then u can follow triple talak. As Muslim husband cannot file case vo divorce. In my view if possible go for talak a Mubarat.
