Got a legal notice from wife after 6 years

Hi nMy wife is a resident of selu ( parbhani )maharashtra and I'm a resident of Hyderabad, I have received a legal notice from my wife after she left the house for 6 years now, stating all false Acquisition of domestic violence, torture, dowry, what not, nBut the reality is we never treated the way which is mentioned even in a single thingShe has sent the legal notice from selu and I'm in hyderabad so should I reply her and file for case in Hyderabad or I have to go to selu court for further process. nnAnd now she wants to come back after 6 years she abandoned me, now I want to divorce her, please help me with the procedure nnThank younSai

hi your wife can file case at selu police station for domestic violence, dowry and harassement and then you could file quash petition to remove these charges and also u could file divorce in hyderabad if you both had been last resided at hyderabad

Dear sir You have to issue a reply notice for the legal notice issued by your wife. your reply is must otherwise it will be deemed that the allegations made by your wife will be true. If there is no possibility of living together you can file a petition for a divorce from hyderabad. For further queries please contact me.
