Go 4 Quashing 498A in High Court post warrant Vs Taking Bail & Trail

01-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
498A case (ofcaurse false) is filed by my wife. I have never received any summon, so never attended. I came to know that last week court has issued warrant . I have been suggested Plan A: Go to High Court Allahabad (for stay on bail and mediation) - to elongate, to make her travel Plan B: Get the bail done in district court itself and move further But I came to know the court charges around 25K where 20K will go to her. It will end in 3 months only. Then what is the point. Kindly suggest.

if the summons were not receive to you then the court will not pass ex parte decree or order, the best remedy here probably(Since I don't know the exact facts of the case)would be to get the matter resolved via mediation and it's results will be fruition

Dear Client, In such a situation, you should challenge that NBW, which is issued against you by the Court before High Court and without examintion of your case not able to disclose all summary relates to your case and about 25K that will deposit before Mediation Center.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that the details in your query that you have gathered are true but in mediation if in high court you want to settle down the matter is really great as they are trained mediators's the discretion of the court what amount is fixed for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
