Mai ek ladki ke sth relationship m th aur mutual consent se dono n 4yrs only one time intercourse kiya aur rltn k first day s hmne usko marriage n krn k liye bola th but av wo marriage k liye force krrh kh rh aager kroge to sc st k case lger tmko tmhri family ko fasa dungi jha shdi krog wha akr bawal krugi issme hmm ky kr skt hai please advice

according to your query your partner is threatening to file a complaint against you if you do not perform the marriage with her also giving a threat to implicate you in a false sc st case kindly approach the police officer they will help you or consult with a lawyer

Family consent is not legally required. The marriage under Special Marriage Act is fully valid and recognized across India. Protection if Family Threatens Since both are major (30+), they have constitutional right to marry by choice. If there is threat or pressure, they can seek police protection and also file a writ petition in High Court for safety

आप को सबसे पहले अपनी सेफ्टी के लिए अपने नजदीकी पुलिस या ssp महोदय को यह जानकारी देनी पड़ेगी तथा आप को उस महिला की चैट कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग जैसी साक्ष्य उस एप्लिकेशन में देनी चाहिए और उस एप्लिकेशन में यह भी लिखना होगा कि यह महिला मुझे व मेरे परिवार को झूठे जैसा रैप व sc/st जैसे मुकदमे में झूठा फंसाने की धमकी दे रही है जो रिलेशन बना है वह हम दोनों की मर्जी से बिना है रिलेशन बनाने से पहले हम दोनों ने कोई शर्त नहीं रखी थी इसे यहां होगा उस महिला से पहले आप की शिकायत पुलिस को पहले मिल जाएगी। इसे आप कुछ सेफ्टी मिल सकती हैं आप बोली तो मैं आप के लिए एक एप्लिकेशन तैयार कर सकता हूं

अगर लड़की इंटरकोर्स के समय बालिग थी तो डरने की आवश्यकता नहीं है वैसे भी बहुत delayed FIR का कानून के नजर में महत्व कम हो जाता है और सहमति से बनाए गए संबंध को कानून अपराध नहीं मानता सॉफ्टी के लिए 504,506 में 156(3) में कंप्लेन कर सकते है

you should wait till you get marriage now there is a caste issue also then you can marriage under the special marriage act under pressure to marry see the provisions though it is quite under fashion you must not cheat
