Girl's father cheated for false promise of marriage

Girls father cheated me after rejecting the promise for marriage. Now girl's father harrasing her and threatening me that if girl do marriage we commit suicide. Girl's situation is very sensible. I want to protect my future and the girls both legally but not want to marry her bcz if we do so our family will become he'll.

if you not want to marry her then leave her and do your self to separate from her. but if you want to marry with her then dont disclose her family and go for court marriage. and live together another place. no one disturb you.
