Girl's father cheated for false promise of marriage

I am in a relationship from last 5 months and the girls parents have acquaintance of our relationship. Also they promised me for marriage but now when they told about us to relatives from then they have broked our relationship. Because of society, relatives they decided that they will going to marry her with me. Also they warn me if I try to marry her then I will destroy ur carrer and future of my family. And they torture their daughter daily. For girl it's a situation of doanddie.safe bothlife?

Prima facie it is the girl who is in the problem. Of course you face the heat. What you can do is ask the girl to give you consent to pursue and seek protection of the Court from the torture of parents. This will work.

If you both are adults and your age is perfect for marriage then no one can stop you from marrying each other. As far as the harassment is concerned you can always file a complaint with the nearest police station according to your jurisdiction.

You can immediately file a police complaint if they are threatening you or harassing the girl. If you both are major and the families have promised for your marriage and exchanged some goods and later deny for the same, this can be termed as an act of fraud. immediately file complain in police station Or Writ application in high court Or file application in district court than you have to show some proof of torture... court will direct police to bring girl.. contact us we have experienced in such cases
