If you have proof of their lying to you before marriage then the deception can be the ground for divorce. Hiding of caste may not be the proper ground for divorce but the deception can be the ground for divorce.

if the facts are intentionally suppressed, it is a good case for proceeding with divorce matter. supressing a material fact before marriage amounts to cheating and so results in mental cruelty. thus on the ground of cruelty the divorce matter can be filed.
