Girl friend divorce advice required

My Girl friend has Married on 2019 thro matrimonial site alliance, but after marriage came to knew given all details are fake and has only 3-4days in MIL/FIL house and returned back to home.. jfjusband was not in country.. unable to serve notice & their parents has shifted somewhere.. pls advice how i marry her

The girl being married, the subsisting marriage needs to be dissolved through a decree from the Competent Court. A Petition needs to be filed in the Family Court. The last known address of the respondents is sufficient for the purpose.

second marriage without getting divorce decree is null and void . If summons was not served in last known address then your girlfriend can use alternative method for sending summons as substituted service. Advice her advocate to File application for the same immediately
