Certainly not. Divorce only all li on grounds under section 13 and it is not at all a ground. However one can seek annulment of marriage under section 11-12 of the marriage act for concealment of material fact which amounts to fraud. But than Petition is to b filed in one year of marriage or from the date of knowledge. I m of the firm view that education is not a material fact to entitle for an order u desire
