Girl already married in arya samaj , hid the fact and married me

Dear law,
I got married to girl who our family met via online matrimony, I am working in a good position in USA, the girl told me before the marriage that she was in love with someone.
I thought these days everyone will have a love, and asked her not to think of past and we married 2 years ago.
Just after 1 year I found the fact that she was already married to the same guy in arya samaj, but could not find any clear proof of marriage.
The one thing I made mistake was I loved the girl very much, I found an audio conversation between her mother insisting to hide the facts. Also I found her mother asking her not to give any respect to my parents.
Now after 1.5 years of our marriage we have been living separately.
I want to know how can I approach this as I live abroad. her father threatened me insisting that they will file dowry, abuse all different cases a girl can file to my family living in theni district.
I would highly recommend you to file for a divorce case at the earliest as possible and also send a legal notice prior to which you can state the nature of the issue in detail. this is to ensure that they do not go can file a dowry harassment case against you without your knowledge. of course to win the case you need a strong proof that she has already been married , the same can be obtained by any form of record available in the concerned Arya Samaj that you are talking about. do not delay in sending the legal notice at the earliest reach out to me for any advocate of your choice

It is illegal to marry without divorcing the first spouse that you are now married to as it will attract penal action if your spouse approaches the court and the police. It would not be possible to file for divorce while abroad through your POA.
