Girl already married and cheated my hiding the previous marriage

We got married 2017 and the girl was already married by 2014. She hid the previous marriage and did not get divorce as well.
I have filed a divorce case for null and void. But I also would like to claim damage and needs the family to get punished for spoiling my life.
Can anyone suggest me what to do now.
Keshav divorce laws you cannot claim any damages as the case of diverse or null and void wife cannot come under the civil damages so you have no option to file damages against your wife even the court can declare that marriage as null and void

Bigamy is a non-cognizable offence, bailable and compoundable with the permission of the court. It is punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years or fine or both. For the offence of committing bigamy by concealing the fact of the first marriage is punishable with 10 years imprisonment or fine or both.
