Getting threat for being in lifestyle in past

11-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Me and my wife were exploring lifestyle few years back. In 2009 we met a like minded man when we were on a vacation in goa. We met the same man after a year in Manali. It was a pure coincidence. We enjoyed our private time.We stopped practicing  this lifestyle way back in 2012 as we were planning about our family. In 2021 I shifted my business here to Delhi. I admitted my son here in a reputed private school. We found the same person is the principal of the school. All were good in school and my son is doing well.Things get meshy this year.He is calling my wife for sexual favour. When I reached out to him, he is not in the mood to listen. Now I feel like terrified. If something comes out from our past, it will impact my business and it might create problems for my son in school. Can you please advise, what can I do to protect my family and my social status in this scenario. Is it safe to file an police complaint against him?

If any man is offending your wife or you for any immoral demands or activities and extending threat for maligning your or your family’s reputation then you can file a police complaint against that man. Police complaints can be kept confidential for saving the interest and image of your wife. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

If you are getting any threatening calls or messages from him please record or save them and then you can file a complaint against him. You can get restraining order also from the court if you think and we can prove that your and your family’s life is in danger.

Yes you must immediately file a complaint against him in writing to the police station of your area. Or you can also send him a legal notice regarding all these. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to hire an expert advocate in this regard bcoz on wrong move can spoil things ..it seems there are no coincidence involved rather your wife seems the part of the conspiracy, and even if she isn’t then also first u must get an expert advice before executing anything

Hi, Yes, a police complaint can be filed but the lawyer needs to take charge of this. The principal can be explained the legal implications of blackmail & also the details can be managed in such a way that it would not tarnish your reputation. Your social status & family can be protected by doing advance damage control. For further advise & details contact us.
