What is the procedure for getting married under special marriage act in Bangalore ? How long does it take? Where the information about the marriage notice is sent/displayed ?

it will take one month of time and ur photos will be displayed in the local sub register office and notice wil be sent to your parents for objections and if you want you can avoid sending notices to your parents

Dear Sir You may directly walk into Marriage Registration office and get prescribed formats and pay fee. Thirty days notice will be displayed on their office notice board. Then both of with witnesses must approach such physically. Their your marriage will be registered and certificate will be issued.

hi sir/madam , first you will have to get ready with the required documents and then you will have to submit it before register office and then they have place both photos on notice board for 30 days and after 30 days you can go head with registration of marriage. for registration and for any legal assistance kindly contact me. thanks
