Getting divorce and about compensation for future

My husband is a feelingless man and we are hindu... he always quarreled with me..so he is a jobless man...i suffered with him about 10 years..ow i can't bear the situation so i want to take divorce but he did not agree to give divorce..so what can i do...i have 2 children, boy is 10 year old, girl is 3 year old..can i apply for compensation...pls advise me..
