Get back my jewels and belonging from my husband house

I am saperated from my husband past one year, all my belongings like my jewels ,my household items like fridge washing Machine,tv, kitchen items given by my father during marriage is with them, they are not giving my things , I sent a maintenance notice asking for my belongings, but no reply for the notice.how do I get my things back. Please help me.

Dear Madam,
You have to file complaint with police under Section 406 of Indian Penal Code to secure your all jewellery. You are also advised to file DV case and also separate Maintenance case apart from 498A IPC case.
