Hi sir,
in this regard it seems that your advocate has accepted notice on your behalf, further date in respect to what stage of proceeding are you talking about?

you can respond to that email, but it is strongly advised that you consult a lawyer before shooting any reply. with respect to the extension of date request, file an application before the court stating a valid reason for extension of time. the judge should allow the same and if he does not, ask him to dismiss it and appeal against the dismissal order. In all probability the appeal should be allowed.

It all depends what proceedings have been initiated against you! if it is Domestic violence case then you have to file your reply within 30 days and it involves maintenance.

If it is a 125 CRPF maintenance case then also you have to file your reply within 30 days. Getting time in matrimonial cases is not easy.

You cannot reply to the email!
