Fraud and mental harassment due to cheating in relationship

My GF cheated on me.She is having multiple affairs and she used to take money from everyone for her spending and she lied since starting that she don't have any affair with anyone in past although she had approx multiple affairs.Do we file any case against her for mental harassment and fraudulent.Her parent are also involved into this.We met first in matrimonial sites for marriage purpose but now I find that she is doing same thing with different person in matrimonial.

you can file a complaint u/s of 420 & 406 IPC cheating and criminal misappropriation in the nearest P.S., with the proper evidences against your gf. A criminal complaint can also be lodge before the megistrate if P.S. refuse for same.

First of all you should know that if any such crime happens against you then you should file an FIR. You are telling that she has had affairs with many people. He has also tortured you mentally. If you have someone who can present it on social sites or wherever you are. If your F.I.R. If it is not being written then we will get it written by the court.
