Forensic Investigation of Audio

Hi All
I have put a divorce case against my Wife on cruelty basis.
To support my case i have submitted some audio recordings . These are audio records of all calls done by my wife which were saved in her phone.
Altough I have all audio files, the original device (smartphone) is with my wife and my wife is denied the voice.
Since I am paying huge maintainence and audio records can prove cruel behaviour of my wife. I wanted to initiate forensic proceedings so that court considers them for my case and I have below queries
1) How to request court to provide voice samples of my wife and inlaws to proceed with voice identification forensic analysis
2) What is the procedure for initiating forensic proceedings. Do I need to provide an application with all the details like App used, Phone model etc.
3) What is the cost of forensic analysis for audio recordings. Does it depend on length of recording (in minutes)
4) Can I submit these audio proofs to a private company and get a certificate that

You may file interim application under order 26 rule 10A of Civil Procedure Code and get assistance of an expert accordingly and he will file the report to the Court.
10A. Commission for scientific investigations
(1) Where any question arising in a suit involves any scientific investigation which cannot, in the opinion of the Court, be conveniently conducted before the Court, the Court may, if it thinks it necessary or expedient in the interests of justice so to do, issue a commission to such person as it thinks fit, directing him to inquire into such question and report thereon to the Court.
(2) The provisions of rule 10 of this Order shall, as far as may be, apply in relation to a Commissioner appointed under this rule as they apply in relation to a Commissioner appointed under rule 9.
