Forcefully married at age of 17 years how to file for divorce ?

One of my friend was forced to marry at the age of 17 years and from very first day she was forced to do everything by very cruelty. She is facing lots of problem and wanted to get divorce from her husband she has two children's also.what are the best way to get divorce .
File a complaint against cruelty in nearest police station and also you can file for divorce in court simaltaneously. In india legal age of marriage for women is 18 years but you did not repudiated it after attaining 18 years of age. Also you can file for maintainence of your children

If she has crossed the age of 18 years, then she will offer her to get divorced by mutual consent. But divorce by mutual consent can be given by the Court only if both husband and wife agree.
