Forced for divorce as in laws don't let me stay at home peacefully

My in laws don't let me stay in the house, now I am bound to stay at my parents home.
My in laws mentally and emotionally harassed me and always created problems between me and my husband. Now as I stay away from them they don't let me talk with my husband over call or message. They have also asked me and my parents to give them in written that if anything happens to my life my in-laws will not be responsible at all if I want to stay in that house.
My husband don't take any stand for our marriage and is aligned with his parents behaviour. What should I do now?

I am happy to inform you though that you are absolute owner of your stridhan which would includes all gifts you received both during wedding as well as during the subsistence of the marriage. you just have to appraise your advocate about the articles of yours and you can get them back both through 498A as well as other relevant provision of law including DP act and DV act.

you must first lodge a general diary at your local police station so that you bonafide intent gets covered and if you are mentally and physically harassed you must make medical reports from government hospital and then lodge complain and if you seek maintenance you have to file a case
