Force to have sex by threatening to kill me or my family member ......

I married a girl 4 years back and from that time there is no physical relationship between us actually I was not able to create relationship as I don't love her marriage was forcefully instead of denying this marriage from my side several times. I was looking for divorce but they forcing me to have sex otherwise they kill my or my family member by local political power... They giving me open threat by phone which I recorder

As per the query in law rato if you want you can file a complaint agaisnt the them.as they given threat to you and your family and also you can file a divorce case agaisnt them in the court.So if you want you can file a case agaisnt them
