For Quashing of dv and 125 petition which evidence is required?


23-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
She has register two case at two month time interval. Both petition she not mentioned any date time Or place. Also the date of seperation is different in both petition. Can i go for quashing on same basis

In both cases there is a need to prove from the evidence that your wife is wrong and it is my duty to explain your case briefly before giving you advice. I will be able to understand better by looking at the case papers.
