If i am not named in FIR of ndps act and nor the statement of any accused during remand naming me is taken in writing and not submitted to superior officer within 72 hours and if then i am arrested without any possesion. Would it lead to violation of section 42 of ndps act and illegal arrest

She has register two case at two month time interval. Both petition she not mentioned any date time Or place. Also the date of seperation is different in both petition. Can i go for quashing on same basis

my father death before 26 year's after my father death my younger brother enter his name my name and my mother name in land but after long time coming on knowledge that my father already made ragister will on my mother name so now is it possible transfer that land on my mother name and remove my name and my brother name from that land

In which cases wife can't geet maintenance?. My wife doing job before 125 crpc case and now she left job then she can claim maintenance?. My wife has done m. Com. And one other private course for aviation. I means she is well educated. Then she claim maintenance?. She has left my house without informing me then she can claim maintenance?
