Can i take one sided divorce from my husband if he not ready for divorce!and currently he is not living in inida

yes it's possible to take a one-sided divorce i.e. exparte divorce, by the party if the opposite party is not willing to join the proceedings of the court if you have a valid legal ground for divorce.

yes you can. you have to file divorce petition against your husband giving reasons for your seeking divorce. Notice would be issued to your husband, however if he does not appear even notice, then court will proceed to hear you one-sided and if appreciate your reasons, then can grant divorce one sided.
