For applying divorce from my husband

My husband cheated me with maintaining a secret relationship with another woman. He had been having this relationship for past few months, since then he has thinking of her and giving me sex torture. In my past 27 years of marriage he had been beating and torturing me and not leaving me to apply for divorce because he kept asking for a settlement. Then he kept blackmailing that if I go to court they will seperate me from my children. Please give me a legal advice for this situation.

child cannot be taken by the husband address right jacket formula only the wife has right unless and until the court interviews to produce the child study on the extraordinary circumstances on the other things you can proceed the devils against your husband and your husband is a training you can go for the domestic violence and other legal remedies
