First motion of mutual consent divorce is done

HinWanted to check. The first motion is signed. Now, Within the 6 month period of the mutual consent divorce filing, can the woman or the man, date or find a new partner? Or shall the parties wait for the final divorce granted by the court?

it's better to wait for the final decree of divorce as it is not permissible under law to get married while your partner is alive and you are not legally separated from your partner. However, if you still wish to find a new partner, you may live with your new partner in live in relationship, for further clarification feel free to reach me
