First hereing on 498a without lawer

My wife Intensively file a 498a on my family, but that was wrong. Police was called us for first here in court... We didn't get notice from court even, how could we move further... Please help
hi did you get any botice from the police before registering FIR or afterwards like 41 A notice you could file quash petition if charge sheet is not filed stating that a false case was filed against you and that there are based on all false allegations
