Agar police apko help nahi kar rahi hai to ap Magistrate court se order karwa sakte hai jisse police uspe investigate kregi. Iske lie apko ek lawyer se milna hoga jo apke lie magistrate court se ye order dilwa paega.

If police don’t arrest or do not do anything after FIR :-
1. Then you have to put application in the concerned court to know the status of the case.
2. Then court may ask I/o to tell what all has he done in this case but some judges might say that why should we give u status report as there is no such rule to give status report to u
3. Therefore, the best option is to file application u/s 156(3) at the concerned court n mentioning that I/o is not doing proper investigation and then court can ask I/o to submit action taken report
