hlo my name is bharti mra 4jan ko mre husbnd k sth rajinama hua tha 11jan ko vo mjko jhuth bolke gae ki hospital Jara hu uske bd Fon bnd krlia ab tk koi PTA n unka smaan h kiraye k ghr p rkha h 4jan ko hi shift kia tha or me ghr rh rhi hu unpe 498a 406 323 34 me FIR hogai mene graduation kr rkhi h pr usne kbhi job n krne di Kya mje maintance ka case krna chiye ya nhi

Hi, As per the information provided by you, it is advisable to wait till the time the case is taken to the court and the IO filed its action taken report before the court. Secondly has the Police registered an FIR or only complaint has been lodged by them. If FIR has been filed then the cognisance taken by I. O will taken but if only Complaints is lodged then you have wait a little longer. For further you can contact me.

Reach out to the IO and get your statement recorded then the IO will investigate the matter if case is made out accused will be arrested subsequently charge sheet will be filed and the trial will commence.

hi , Yes you able file the case for maintenance , Under Protection of Women from Domestic violence Act and you can file petition under section 125 Cr Pc. you can file both simultaneously , Your Husband will have to pay the maintenance from the date of filling of petition . aap maintenance case kar sakti ho. domestic violence act ke antargat aapko help mil sakti hai. 498 ki case me police apna kam karegi. lekin D V act ke tahat aap court me bhavishya ke liye nyay pa sakti ho. us act me aapke liye achhe pravdhan hai.

Firstly you should give a complaint to superior officials also. if no response then u can go in court also. detail guidance can be given with full detail about police took your or any other witness statements etc.
