Please confirm if in mutual divorce people can stay in same house during cool off period in case of having toddler at home

Hello sir/ Madam, A mutual divorce can be filed by the parties who mutually agree to get divorced. Kindly give further details : 1. How old is toddler ? 2. Has there been prior separation period ?

you will need the assistants of a advocate for getting a mutual concentrate divorce for you. basic requirement is that you should have a separately for last one year minimum. but an experience should advocate will take care of how this can be shown. another thing is that you should have sorted out all other settlement between you including that of children.

There is no such cooling period for mutual divorce. It is the most easiest option available. You can get the divorce within 20 days. But staying together will lead to legal consquences and people around you should not be aware about it.
