Filing Jurisdiction DV Sec12 & Sec125Maintenace-where can it be filed?

Summary- Wife from Delhi,husband from Mumbai.Couple lived together in Mumbai only 6months in 30months. nnWife went to Grandfather's village in U.P. stayed for 8months& filed DV Sec12 and Monthly Maintenace Sec125 in 2courts there to harass us. nCase filed almost 1yr back. They're asking more than 25lacs+nTotal 55months today from MarriageMy options?nCan I fight on basis of wrong Juriscdiction?Should be filed either in Delhi/Mumbai ?

no you can't fight for jurisdiction because it is right jurisdiction. you can file transfer petition for this case in supreme court, it will work in some manner, my suggestion for you, you must bargain and settle above case mutually
