Hi. It is a quick process. We cannot type the entire petition in a text field like this as there are many procedural aspects that only a lawyer can know and draft into the petition upon the details provided to him. There is a mandatory 6 month cool off period but it can be waived off by court if we file an application

You have to show minimum one year separation and there will be 6 months mandatory waiting period which judge has the discretionary power to waive off. Then matters will be refereed to mediation, where you have to settle all your disputes including Joint properties, exchange of articles, child custody, maintenance, alimony etc. Please contact Arvind Law Associates in Google for more details.
