i am a Hindu (husband) seeking judicial separation from wife on cruelty grounds. She is very violent towards me abuses me regularly both physically and mentally. what happens if she disagrees. Also how much will it cost to file a judicial separation?

if you want to file a contested petition on the ground of cruelty 498 a regarding your family and you then you can file on the ground of cruelty makes any quality the harassment and she is not ready to take care of old age parents then that is the best ground to file Supreme Court guidelines you can find it

Dear Sir,
You can reside seperately even without Judicial separation order as it requires consent if both of you. On the basis cruelty you can file divorce. You can also take anticipatory bail if situation is serious otherwise get issue a legal notice calling upon her about her stand then proceed. Yes Sir, you can seek relief of judicial separation by filing the petition. She agrees or not, it doesn't matter, the judge will decide the case. you assign that where there is vitality then you will get justice. It cost all-round 25k to 50k , it depends on lawyer.
