Filing for divorce within three months of marriage on wrong allegation

We just Got married , just 3 months. She already started wrong allegations against me and my family members. She is staying at her house threatening us that we already sent divorce notice. What should I do to defend myself as she don't want to live with me?

You are not mentioning what kind of allegations was that. But whatever allegation she made she have to prooved before court. And if you want then you may send legal notice for getting back her or filed Restitution of conjugal Rights petition before family court to bring her back. Now law is very strickt now if she wants to file false cases against you and your family then also without investigated /enquired Police department can not lodge complaint without verifing the truth.
