Filing for divorce after 3 months marriage

HiI was married in march 2021 as per hindu marriage act. My wife had an affair before marriage.. Initially for 3 months she kept demanding for divorce without any reason and went back in her house.. Stating if I don't agree for divorce her, she will file fake cases like domestic violence or dowry against me when I found call records and chats with her ex boyfriend after 1 week I agreed for the divorce.. After 1-2 months she and her mother forcing/threatening me.. If I deny to stay with her she will file fake cases against me.. this time I denied to stay with her as I scared of her filing fake cases can be applied including my member.... Now Its being 1 year.. We both are not staying together.. Please suggestnnNote: before marriage she tried to commit suicide 2-3 times for her 1st boyfriend.. And her marks and injuries on her body. Which she uses to threatening me I denies to fulfill her wish will commit suicide. nnI eldest brother among 4 siblings( 1 sister & 2 younger brother.
