Filing divorce before 125 crpc judgement

Is it advisible to file for divorce before the 125 crpc judgement comes? What happens in that case?

ln my opinion piling of a divorce petition will not have any effect or influence on the decision in section 125 Cr P.C. You can file a divorce petition either now or after the judgement in maintenance case.
