Filing defamation case against my wife by Brother in law


07-Aug-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My filed 498A FIR against me and my family members. Also published the FIR details in newspaper and in community by written application. 498 FOR against by brother and sister is quashed by high court during trial stage. Can my brother and sister file defamation case against my wife under civil and criminal proceeding. 498A is pending against me and my parents. DV is also pending against me and family members. Brother and sister want to punish my wife filing false case against them.

They can file defamation case since she has published in newspaper. Also if there's more evidence against her that can help in the matter. They can even ask for compensation from your wife for the said defamation. It will be a proper trial matter.

Your Brother and Sister can file a Defamtion Case certainly if you have all the evidences available with you of your innocence and their criminal mindset, conspiracy and execution of lodging 498A and DV Case against you.
