Filed new case on husband even when one case is in progree

Petition filed U/s 26 ,The hindu Marraige act 1955. R/w section 7 and 17 of the gaurdians and awards act R/w section 151 cpcnnCan someone let me know what does it mean and what has to be done

Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act deals with the Custody, maintenance and education of the minor child born out of the wedlock. Court can pass such interim Or final orders as to that effect. Section 7 Guardians and wards Act deals with guardianship of the child wherein welfare of the child needs to be considered.

You don’t need to understand what all these mean bcoz through out the case such things would b every now & then ..u better hire an advocate n let him do his work or if u have already hired one then just have faith in him …if u r not satisfied with his work then change accordingly!

26 talks about maintainace .....7 and 17 talks about appointment of guardian... rest can be explained once petition can be seen .... as to what exactly ate contents of the case ....for any assistance u can contact

That’s the sections for the custody of the children. That means that your partner had instituted a case against you for the grant of the custody of your child. If you have received the summons then you have to defend your case. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
