Filed DV, 323, 504, 506, 494against husband, inlaws, will they go jail

I've lodged FIR against my husband as I caught his first marriage affidavit that was not known to me and my family before marriage, was beaten by my in laws when I questioned, husband was abusive since marriage and in touch with girls. I was always suspicious on him..now I want to know will they be jailed? If yes, then what will be the timeline? I have evidence, so how much time will chargesheet take?

अगर आपकी प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट 494,495आईपीसी म अगर हुआ है तो जेल जायेगा नहीं तो 41एसीआरपीसी के मुचलका में सीआर पुलिस छोड़ देगा अगर 498ए 323,504,506में मुझे हुआ होगा अगर ज्यादा जानकारी चाहिए तो आप मुझे कॉल कर सकते हैं

Hello.... Kindly give the F.I.R. details so that i can. check whether they have to Allahabad High Court for arrest stay or not.... If they would have taken stay on arrest then they will not be arrested else you may file caveat in the court so that whenevr they may file petition for arrest stay you will get to know.... Since you did not that your husband was married & the tampering or concealment of affidavit, this constitutes perjury under section 192 clubbed with section 468 & 469 I e forgery of Indian penal code. The police does not ultimately determine the truth of falsehood in the chargsheet, they merely send the chargesheet to the court for the trial to take it's course. Respondent to the later of your question, the gravity of offence & other facts after been taken into consideration & cognizance will decipher the ecjactitude of time .
