Filed divorce by me....but my husband did not taken notice notice 3 ti

I filed divorce case....today is my second hearing but my husband did not taken notice till now....he is unable at his home....i don't know where he is even their parent don't know we're he is...upto when I should attend hearings like this....do I get divorce if notice is not severed to him....since he is not taking everytime.

hi if notice is not served upon your husband or if he failed to appear then he would be set exparte in the nexxt 2 hearings then the court would decide on the basis of evidence submitted by you and would pass orders

unless notice is not served to your husband ,court will not grant divorce .trace out the correct address of your husband and get it served. you can take paper publication for service of summons against your husband by taking court order
