I filed sec13 1ia. My wife filed sec9. Court counseling failed. Current status is about to cross examination. We got separated almost 3yrs ago. Now my father in law registered compliant on me an my family members
In near police station, mentioned that we harassing her daughter. But it's fake allegations. How to respond to CI police officer?

You can also file a countercomplain in the same police station stating the fact that you were living separately and also few pending cases in court, including any supporting documentation, saying that you are innocent and that your father-in-law just filed a fictitious complaint against you to punish you.
