File for visitation rights spouse address not known

I want to file a legal motion for visitation rights for my son in India. I only know the city of residence but do not know the current address of my ex spouse and she will not disclose this information to me. What legal options do I have to serve her a notice and start case if I cannot trace/locate her address?

You can file a habeas corpus petition before the High Court of the state in which the city of residence of your child and spouse is located. By this way you will get to know the whereabouts of your spouse and child.
