What are the fees charged for mutual consent divorce?. I would like my marriage to be annuled.

It depends on the advocate and the quality of service you require, you cannot weigh everyone's services in the same scale, there are advocates who charge in lakhs and even in thousands so it varies on advocate and you can not file both annulment and mutual divorce, you have to opt for one

I understand your questions so you want to file a mutual consent duvirce fees usealy what are all ecoaincess arrived in court depend yu on you so required documents also important to file a case and both husband and wife agree it will hapem mutual so if it is not agree the husband and wife you can file contest divorce

Fees of lawyer depends on his standing at bar. further depends on district you both are going to file petition for mutual divorces. anywhere it will range between . please let us know the state and district so that can be guided further
